The Institute for Concentration Photovoltaics Systems has always kept the Quality System and environmental commitment in mind as some of its top concerns when performing services and carrying out works as well as when using the equipment and necessary materials, not only as per its clients requirement, but also as a mark of identity.
These services apply to the following activities: technical consulting and engineering services in the field of CPV technology (plants’ acceptance, evaluation of solar resources, CPV plant monitoring) and lab testing on CPV modules (characterisation and tests on modules); test laboratory for the characterisation of equipment and prototypes and the degradation of materials related to all industrial sectors.
Consequently, the Institute for Concentration Photovoltaics Systems owns both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications as a public recognition of having achieved harmonised quality standards and environmental administration.
The Institute for Concentration Photovoltaics Systems management establishes as its main objective to deliver services that meet its clients’ needs, specifications, and any other contractual requirements as well as the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to its system. All this comes within a system that appropriately manages the impacts on the environment derived from the activities carried out by the company for both its scientific and business clients. Moreover, with the purpose of becoming a recognised international reference in the CPV field, ISFOC takes the final responsibility of defining, implementing, and maintaining a Quality and Environmental Management System that allows it to achieve this purpose. Similarly, ISFOC is committed to carrying out all the activities required for ensuring the continuous improvement of the Quality System and complying with the legal requirements.
Maintaining this level of quality and environmental commitment implies the commitment and collaboration of all the people who work at the Institute of Concentration Photovoltaic Systems. Thus, the quality of our supplies, both in its impartiality and confidentiality with the information managed as well as in the efficient and sustainable development of its activities, allows an improvement in the quality of supplies and services, which together with the commitment to prevent pollution and protect the environment ensures the proper management of the waste produced and the minimization of all those environmental impacts generated, making this commitment the main reason for our Clients' loyalty.
