The building covers an area of approximately 25,000 m², integrating both office spaces and the industrial facility.

Among its facilities, the building includes workshops, the operations center, the solar simulator, and the laboratory housing the climatic chambers.

Additionally, ISFOC provides offices and available rental spaces (boxes) designed, among other purposes, for CPV technology installers to use in their demonstration plants.

ISFOC has fully equipped laboratories for the development, manufacturing, and validation of equipment and designs related to Photovoltaic Technology, following the testing standards IEC 61215, IEC 61646, and IEC 61730, with a special focus on Concentrated Photovoltaic (CPV) Technology, complying with standards such as IEC 62108, IEC 62688, IEC 62187, and IEC 62670.

The laboratories have been adapted and expanded to conduct testing and validation on equipment and materials across various sectors, including construction, electrical equipment, and the automotive industry.
